Always available for you

When we say we are always available for you, we mean it. When you start your treatments at LOC we will give you a special card with telephone contact details. This will enable you to talk directly to a member of our permanent staff at any time of day or night. We always have a team member on call, 24/7.

Your call will initially be answered by a call-centre who will put you straight through to one of our own nurses, someone you may well have met during your treatment. The nurse will be able to access electronically your notes so they are completely in the picture about your treatment. There is a consultant always available, again 24/7, if needs be, and they too can access all your notes. This unique service provides guidance, advice and peace of mind when you may most need it. We are with you, all the way.

Even when your treatment has been completed, we are still there for you. Many of those we have treated come back to see us long afterwards, or else call for advice from someone on our team whom they have come to know and trust.
