Reception

First impressions count, and never more so than when you are walking in to somewhere new for medical advice or treatment.

Our receptionists, like everyone who works at the LOC, share our vision, and do their utmost to make patients feel recognised, relaxed and confident. They will expect your arrival and know which consultant you have an appointment with.

On your first visit they will accompany you to the consultant's room, so you won't have that uneasy first-day-at-school feeling, trying to find somewhere in an unfamiliar environment.

If you come back on subsequent visits we hope you will feel more at home and as if you're talking to friends.
