Most of the people who come to us rely on their private health insurance to pay for their treatment. Some policies may not cover all categories of treatment, particularly new ones.

This could potentially be another source of stress and worry, so we have a patient-dedicated business manager to advise and guide you. You will meet him or one of his team during your pre-treatment visit, when discussing how your treatment will be arranged.

He is expert in understanding the complexities and small print of different insurers' policies (he used to work for one of them), and will do his utmost to explain these arrangements and to help you sort them out.
